Not exactly CIA, but have you heard about this Executive Action business? I'm a little curious what all these privately contracted intelligence gathering/analysis/security folks will be getting up to when the federal money dries up. The golden age of industrial espionage, perhaps?

MAYBE it's to tell us, when the CIA's mission is finally complete, where the "TERRORIST FREE" zones are.
In the future, I imagine a Logan's Run type-world where we live in a giant city screaming "RENEW! RENEW!" because of shit like this.
