News Flash: New Anklets
Well, the secret is finally out. Early Sunday evening my wife gave birth to our son Severn Jerzy and our daughter Esme Maeve. Mother and twins are all healthy and happy. Daddy is beside himself. Voucher Ankles is in talks with the American Heritage Dictionary to include Severn and Esme Urbaniak's picture in their definition of "cute."

Especially with the middle name "Jerzy"... (Unless he's named after Jerzy Kosiński.)
Twins? Really? Wow. If it is so, and not a play on the recent rash of celebrity births, then congrats to your wife.
Would it be too intrusive to ask for a picture once they are all cleaned up? :)

I like finding out the origins/meanings of names so here goes:

Severn: the longest river in Britain. It's name derives from Sabrina, the name of a mythical nymph who drowned in its waters.

Jerzy: the polish form of George. Means "tiller of the soil."

Esme: Protector. Feminine of Edmund.

Maeve: "Intoxicating one" Anglicized version of the Irish MÉADHBH, a mythological queen of Ireland. Related to the word Mead.
